Oil Sealed Rotary High Vacuum Pump

? Parag engineering presents an oil sealed, rotary high vacuum pump. It is an oil immersed rotary vane type pump. The rotor, which has two vanes, is mounted eccentric with the main body. As the rotor rotates, the vanes sweep the crescent shaped air space twice in each revolution. The vanes maintain close contact with the main body by spring force. An inbuilt non-return valve blocks back-flow of air. The pump is manufactured from graded materials. All moving parts are precisely machined and ground to close tolerances. The drive shaft carries an extra bearing to take the driving load of the pulley which otherwise results in fast wearing of bush, resulting in leakage and drop in vacuu
